We'll have a couple of good practices this week and then it will be off to the last race of the season:( It's always a bittersweet time of year when the season ends. Anyhow, Zach is writing up a race report for the blog and any of you parents who have pictures from this weekend, please send them to us and we will post them on the blog also for all to see. If you want to hear what's special about this weekend come to practice tomorrow. Meet at Rotary Park at 5:30 and plan on running the Bridle trail. We will do 40min out and 20 Min back. Bring the running shoes and a water bottle. Get a little something to eat at least 1/2 hour to an hour before you come. See you all there tomorrow.

What a great ride this morning!!!! Hope you all had as much fun as Keith & I.  Thanks to all those parents and volunteers who helped us out.  Next time I promise we will get many more miles.  For those of you who have to work and have band practice, please try and get some riding in.  In 3 weeks we will be heading to Granby for some competition.  So the more miles you get in now will be of benefit for you, so ride or run, lots!
On Tuesday plan on packing your running attire (no bikes) plan on meeting at Rotary Park @ 5.30 we will be doing some trail running.  Fatfish riders did this often over the winter months.
Thurs, Sir Adam wants to take us for some new and exciting trail rides off Coats Road @ 5.30.  Plan is to meet at the Loaf & Jug just before Robertson Rd, from there we can carpool to the trail head.  Any questions feel free to text me or call on my cell or at work.
Love Leif

It's been a great week of practice and racing!!!    Tomorrows practice will not be any different. Meet at menards on 2nd st. at 5:15. We will be travelling by car about 15-20 minutes to the end of hat six road. There are some great hills to climb on our bikes out there. Coach Keith doesn't get off of work until 5 anyways and Tristan mentioned he was busy until 5 also. If you anticipate running a little late email the coaches and we will make sure to wait.

Keep riding hard ladies and gentleman! :)
